Cirebon-2 Power Plant, Indonesia | C&I Detailed Engineering (1000 MW x 1) End User: Cirebon (CIREBON-2 Project) EPC Contractor: Hyundai

Project Scope Execution of detailed Control & Instrumentation (C&I) engineering for : Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) supporting the 1000 MW coal-fired Cirebon-2 power stationin Indonesia. Services included development of control philosophies, I/O lists, instrumentation specifications, loop diagrams, wiring schematics, and full design documentation required for implementation and integration.

Project Status ✅ Completed Through precise engineering delivery and coordination with the EPC team, Controlsoft ensured safe, reliable, and fully compliant automation designs for critical utility systems of the power plant.

Manali Petrochemicals Limited (MPL) is a leader in the production and marketing of Propylene Oxide, Propylene Glycols and Polyols in India. Located at Manali in Chennai, India. Due to rain the control systems were totally condemned. Controlsoft was involved in reconstructing the control system for both two boilers. (20 T/Hour). Project to be Commissioned in 2016

Cetex is the only manufacturer of Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) and Secondary Butyl Alcohol (SBA) in South East Asia. Cetex has expanded rapidly in the last 10 years to include a diverse portfolio of products such as Pharma intermediates, Aroma chemicals, Fuel additives and Treatment chemicals. Controlsoft Engineering was involved in the detailed engineering of revamping of the existing control system of an MEK production unit using Mod30 Controllers with Yokogawa DCS system and the transition to the new control system was carried out while the plant is running with minimal downtime and also subsequently involved in the expansion program of the MEK plant (doubling the capacity), identical to the existing production units - optimizing the field engineering and integrating the existing DCS to the new DCS system supplied by Yokogawa

JSW Steel is India’s leading private sector steel producer and amongst the world’s most illustrious steel companies with an installed capacity of 18 MTPA. JSW Steel do have one of the largest blast furnace with a capacity of 3.3 MTPA, with overall capacity of 12 MTPA at Vijayanagar, Karnataka, its flagship steel plant. Controlsoft had done the complete Detailed Engineering of RO Effluent Recycling and ETP (WTP+WWTP) for JSW through Nalco Water India. Project Completed in 2012

The Electricity Supply Corporation of Malawi (ESCOM) is a limited liability company established under the Companies Act of 1984. The mandate of the Corporation is to generate, transmit and distribute electricity in the country. ESCOM is divided into four distinct Directorates: Generation, Transmission, Distribution and Holding (Head Office). Grootvlei Power Station, South Africa of Escom Power Corp consists of Six units of 210 MW Coal fired power generation units. The Units started generation of power after a major shutdown for almost ten years. Total Turnkey Instrumentation revamp had been taken by Honeywell . Controlsoft in partnership with Honeywell took up the total field engineering scope. Project Completed in 2010

Saudi Electricity Company is a Saudi electric utility company. It enjoys a monopoly on the generation, transmission and distribution of electric power in Saudi Arabia through 45 power generation plants in the country. Qurayyah Power Plant consists of 4x625 MW power Units under Saudi Electric corporation. The project scope is revamping of existing old systems and replace them with New Honeywell system within the stipulated time. Controlsoft was associated with Honeywell for resource augmentation and thus helped both customer and Honeywell to complete the project in time

Beach Mineral Company's core competence exists in Mining, Processing and Refining of Almandine Garnet, Ilmenite & Zircon for industrial applications worldwide. Recently, Controlsoft Engineering had completed the revamping of an existing manually operated TIO2 production unit in Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, by providing total automation solution including the engineering of field instruments and PLC based Control system. Hindalco Industries Limited , Mumbai, India is the metals flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group, is the industry leader in aluminium and copper. Total Turnkey Project s for two plants like Hindalco Mahan (Madya Pradesh) and Aditya Aluminum ( Odisha) had taken by Basis Automation, France. The scope of Controlsoft Engineering includes Engineering, consulting and design of control system. There are 10 areas which uses individual PLC Controls for standalone operation. Each PLC exchanges signals among them using Ethernet communication

Hindalco Industries Limited

Sheenlac Paints Ltd, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai is one of the renowned Paint Manufacturers. Controlsoft Engineering had engineered and executed a paint production plant in the suburb of Chennai right from P and I D development upto the commissioning of the plant. The automation was carried with the help of GE Fanuc's redundant PLCs with PcVue SCADA as a supervisory controls. The job involved detailed engineering activities of both Instrumentation and Electrical systems, programming of PLC and SCADA screen development and connectivity of the SCADA systems to their plant ERP system.
